After restoring a pasta machine that’s only slightly older than he is, Castlemaine-based chef Shaun Thatcher can be found at markets across Central Victoria with fresh egg pasta and hand-made gnocchi sold by the kilo (or however much you fancy).
Named after the Voyager space probes (and his equal-favourite Star Trek series) which have absolutely nothing to do with pasta making, it was just an excuse for Shaun to listen to music from 1977 and draw more spaceships when he’s not on the tools.
